Qualified Nursery Nurse/ Key Worker
Nurse Seekers is proud to be recruiting a Qualified Nursery Practitioner/Key Worker on behalf of a private quality Nursery based near Highbury, London. The successful candidate must be an energetic and passionate individual with a real passion for childcare and want to work with children to fulfil their greatest potential!
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding learning opportunities and exceptional care
- Plan and provide effective teaching and learning
- Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
- Prepare and Supervise Activities
- Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children
- Make accurate and effect assessments of the children during the stages of development
- A Qualified Nursery Practitioner must hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification Early Years
- A Key worker must hold a Level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Unqualified Practitioners must have previous childcare experience or the ambition to have a career in Early Years
- Early Years' experience is needed
