As a Newly Qualified Solicitor in Commercial Litigation, you'll have the opportunity to work with prestigious law firms specialising in commercial litigation. You'll manage a diverse range of cases, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to successful outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters
Conduct legal research and analysis
Draft legal documents, including pleadings and briefs
Communicate with clients and colleagues
Represent clients in court proceedings
Collaborate with senior solicitors on complex cases
Requirements:
Newly qualified solicitor
Interest in commercial litigation
Strong academic background
Excellent research and writing skills
