What You Will Do:
- Lead the development, implementation, and management of vehicle operations quality processes including body, paint, and electrical systems.
- Drive the homologation and type approval for vehicles with added content, ensuring compliance and innovation.
- Oversee facility installations and requirements to deliver top-tier vehicle quality standards.
- Develop and implement roadmaps for quality improvements, coaching the team through strategic changes.
- Collaborate closely with the special vehicle development team and end users to develop tailored proposals that meet specific use case requirements.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through industry-leading uptime and innovative solutions.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in prototype/manufacturing quality leadership within the automotive industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle homologation and type approval processes.
- Experience managing ISO 9001 in an automotive setting, with a preference for those who have implemented ISO 9001.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of engaging with senior executives.
- Experience in Special Vehicle quality leadership and of implementing ISO 9001 into an automotive business would be desirable.
