Description
The key responsibilities will include but not be limited to-
- General office duties such as ordering stock, ensuring documents are filed correctly etc...
- Hosting guests in the office, meeting and greeting people into the office
- Provide support for projects and events
- Coordinating training materials and organising venues
- Typing, proofreading and collation of documents
- Formatting documents and preparing PowerPoint presentation
- Answering phone calls
- Take responsibility for Travel and accommodation bookings
- Raise purchase orders
- Attend meetings and take minutes
