This is a flexible and exciting opportunity to join a leading accountancy practice located in Blackburn, who have a strong presence across the North West, with offices over Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is seeking a hybrid opportunity within a leading practice servicing a range of clients daily.

Your new role
As an adviser, you will be working alongside the company secretarial team servicing their clients daily. Day to day duties will see you filing accounts at companies' house, appointing and removing company officers, along with company formation and strike off. You will also be preparing confirmation statements, PSC registers, share certificates and other documents whilst also preparing stock transfer forms and other a-hoc administration tasks. As this is a part-time role, your hours will be between 14.5 and 16 hours per week spread across 2,3 or 4 days, along with a hybrid working scheme, with a minimum of one day in the office.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need prior experience within a practice or a professional services environment. You will also need to show certain qualities, being able to manage conflicts well whilst delivering high quality work, having sound initiative and project management skills, having strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively to maintain client relationships.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a salary ranging between £23,000 to £27,000 FTE, along with a healthy, flexible working structure, with hybrid working, being in the office for a minimum one day per week, spread across 2,3 or 4 days.
