Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure all relevant information is captured and progress of works communicated, working collaboratively.
- Answering incoming Customer enquiries regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.
- Input Invoice processing and filing.
- t and maintain key data in relation to work activity undertaken in our systems ensuring data entry is accurate and complete.
- Documented correspondence with clients in the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Produce reports for the operational delivery teams as requested.
- Manage the day-to-day activities, ensuring work is prioritized and completed with attention to detail and excellent quality.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Operation Support processes.
Key Skills/Experience Required
- Previous experience in similar Operations Supports role
- Experience of managing a complex and demanding workload
- Ability to make well informed decisions based on all available relevant information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with a range of clients
- Good level of capability and experience of using Microsoft Office and CRM
- Good written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
