Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
Company Overview: Concept are delighted to be partnering with a leading midlands based Law firm to help with their continued growth with the addition of a Business Development Executive. The successful candidate will be joining a growing business with a proven record of development and personal growth for their staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the delivery of business development and national growth initiatives and activity across the East Midlands (Nottingham, Leicester and Derby offices).
- Assist in identifying and researching target markets, and potential new business opportunities.
- Maintain business development pipelines, including attending regular stakeholder meetings with the Executive BD Manager and produce reports to help support the delivery of business development plans.
- Support in the planning, running and delivery of events, including managing delegate lists, 'meeting and greeting' clients/prospects and ensuring follow up conversation opportunities and post event activity is maximised.
- Attend business/networking functions and provide feedback and information on market trends.
- Support the Executive BD Manager in the development of relationships with key intermediaries within the local marketplace
- Identify/research target clients within existing and emerging sectors, liaising with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Executive BD Manager in developing opportunities and initiatives to increase new business across the office, region and firm.
What You'll Need:
- Background in the legal sector.
- Experience in Business development understanding of business-to-business marketing, business development and relationship management preferably within professional services.
- Evidence of key stakeholder management skills.
