As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the academic and social development of young learners. Your responsibilities will include assisting the class teacher, implementing tailored interventions, fostering a positive learning environment, and providing one-on-one support to pupils who may require additional assistance. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a nurturing and inclusive educational experience for all.
