My client are a supplier of food products based in the North Manchester, they are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their team

The Role

  • Manage a team of 5+ individuals consisting of sales professionals, office professionals and customer service colleagues
  • Monitor staff performance
  • Monitor customer service budgets
  • Monitor staff KPI's
  • Produce performance and staff reports
  • Policy & procedure implementation

The Candidate

  • 3 years + experience in Sales or Customer service management
  • 3 years + experience working in a product environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel
  • Hungry for success
  • Self-Starter

Competitive base salary - £38,300 - £44,900

Modern offices & free parking

Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5pm (office based)

26 days holiday + bank holidays
