Description
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the transactional finance department
- Line managing and supporting the development of a small team
- Overseeing financial transactions and ensuring they are accurately recorded
- Preparing and presenting financial reports
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Providing advice and guidance to both the team and also other managers
- Identifying areas for financial improvement and implementing strategies
Profile
A successful Interim Purchase Ledger Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing or supervising accounts payable, receivable and/or payroll
- Strong experience in the above role types
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Ability to start an assignment ASAP and commit to at least a 4 month period
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software
Job Offer
- A day rate of between £150 and £170
- Full time 37.5 hour working week
- Holiday pay included
