This role is ideal for someone with a knack for sales and who has administrative prowess. While hardcore sales experience is not a necessity, we value the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, such as organising schedules, handling client enquiries, and driving a project, task or sale over the finish line. If you have a background in sales, production, showroom, buying, or any role that requires analytical thinking and multitasking, we want to hear from you.
Day to day of the role:
- Handle client enquiries, manage your own client base, and reach out proactively through cold calling to secure new business.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing continuous service.
- Identify client requirements and send them digital books of models that fit their criteria.
- Secure model bookings for shoots, fostering rapport to ensure repeat business.
- Guide clients through the sales process, ensuring clear communication and driving deals to completion.
- Balance desk time with active research and business development, updating client information and expanding the agency's brand reach.
- Meet and exceed KPIs through effective sales pitches and client engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with sales environments and the ability to handle direct client interactions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively represent models and secure bookings.
- An outgoing and friendly personality that resonates well with clients and models alike.
- Resilience and perseverance, with the ability to bounce back from unsuccessful calls and keep pushing for results.
