Brand new and exciting opportunity to join an excellent company who have built up their reputation over the last 100 years! They are currently looking for a hardworking yet outgoing individual to join their administrative team on a full time permanent basis. You will be based from their offices in Brockworth, Gloucester.

Working with clients both locally and nationally you will play a part in the firms wider administrative team to support with all secretarial and administrative functions of the busy office. Our client are happy to consider candidates at all levels however, to be considered, you must have good use of Microsoft Office as well as excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

They are extremely supportive and will provide full training as well as the opportunity to progress and gain industry specific qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond in a timely manner to incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide general secretarial support including photocopying and preparation of word documents, scheduling of meetings and minute taking
  • Preparing new marketing details and uploading to third-party websites.
  • Update and maintain property listing on the company websites.
  • Update and maintain the internal property/client database for the Gloucester office
  • Maintain the list of valuations for the Gloucester office
  • Send invoices to clients as required
  • Maintain and update databases
  • Petty cash management and reconciliations
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems
  • Be the point of contact for the Gloucester office clients and visitors
  • Managing the general office supplies as needed

Candidate Attributes:

  • Good use of Microsoft Office systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills both written and verbally
  • Resilient attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Good team player with strong people skills

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm (half an hour flexibility around start and finish times)

Salary: £25,000 per annum + free onsite parking, private medical / dental insurance, company pension and cycle to work scheme, team social events, 25 days holiday + bank holidays and a contractual company bonus
