Jenson Fisher, have been engaged by a growing organisation based in East Kilbride to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full-time temporary basis, for at least 6 months. This role would suit a good all rounder who is able to support the Finance Manager with a variety of transactional duties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
- Perform reconciliations
- Be able to take the accounts to trial balance
- Bookkeeping duties
- Support the Finance Manager
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations
Main requirements:
- Be able to take the accounts to trial balance
- Strong reconciliations experience
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Reliable and committed
