Job Title: NQ Conveyancer
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
Location: Sidcup
Overview:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a growing regional firm with multiple offices across Kent and the southeast for a non-qualified Conveyancer to join as part of a busy Conveyancing team. You will support the firm in a non-client facing role, managing a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold work. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is looking to expand on their current experience and contribute to the firms growth plan.
Duties include:
- Demonstrating your expertise in relation to Residential Conveyancing, including all stages of the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
- Undertaking remortgages, transfers, and releases of equity
- Undertaking lease extensions and some development work
- Managing your own caseload and taking an active part in building and maintaining effective client relationships
The successful candidate will have/be:
- 2+ years experience running your own caseload of residential property transactions
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and other teams within the firm
- Experience working in a fast-paced team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client care
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and organised
Package:
- £35,000 - £45,000
- 22 days holiday + BH
