Office Angels is currently recruiting for a professional Recruitment Administrator to join our prestigious client based in Glasgow City Centre. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent organisational and communication skills, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will work for a well-established search and selection firm, supporting Consultants and Senior Management in their daily operations. This role offers a structured career path and is suitable for both graduates and individuals with a strong academic background. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday.

Key Duties:

Serve as the first point of contact for candidates and clients, providing the highest level of customer service.

Assist with candidate management processes, ensuring fast and accurate data entries are made on bespoke system.

Maintain and update in-house databases to ensure efficient workflow for all members of the team.

Coordinate interviews, meetings and assessment days.

Arrange travel and accommodation when necessary.

Support office diary management and assist with administrative tasks.

Utilise social media and job boards for posting vacancies and sourcing candidates

Acting as the co-ordination point for the recruitment team

Key Skills:

Fast and accurate data entry skills.

Exceptional time management and organisation skills.

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in administrative tasks.

Ability to operate within a demanding and fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with administrative processes and procedures.

Proven ability to manage a steady and constant workload and meet tight deadlines assigned to each task

Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently.

Familiarity with all Social Media platforms

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at an executive level.

High level of personal presentation

Proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
