We are looking for recent graduates/ juniors to join a leading investment manager in their London office. They are value investors across the globe in both equity and fixed income asset classes. No experience is needed, the most important quality we are looking for is the ambitious and drive to want to build a careers in Investment Management.
The Role:
- Responsible for maintenance and update of Sage accounting system General Ledger, and Accounts Receivable;
- Balance Sheet reconciliations for Group entities;
- Assisting with treasury management including cash posting, forecasting, General Ledger reconciliations and maintenance of foreign and petty cash;
- Assisting with the Accounts Payable process and provide full cover in the absence of the Account Payable Clerk;
- Assisting with monthly revenue accrual and fee analysis reporting;
- Assisting with month-end process including preparation of journal entries and supporting documentation;
- Assisting in the preparation and review of PSA returns;
- Assisting with certain tasks for UK/US/Singapore tax compliance and other external and internal reporting requests including audit requests;
- Assisting in the preparation of annual questionnaires for US Registered Investment Companies.
Requirements:
- Degree educated
- Driven to build a career in finance and investment management
- Keen to study the IMC and ACA qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Analytical skills
