Red Recruitment is recruiting a Registered Manager in Swindon to join a certified Great Place to Work organisation. This role will involve working with colleagues in the senior management team and being accountable for the day-to-day operational management of the service.

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £50,000 and is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

  • Understanding and using in practice HR policies, and procedures
  • Providing strong leadership to the team aligned with the company care values
  • Coaching, mentoring and developing the team to support their personal and professional growth
  • Demonstrating knowledge of current standards and regulations of the wider health and social care sector that apply to the service
  • Working with the General Manager and networking within local brands to build relationships

Key Skills and Experience of a Registered Manager:

  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care is required (additional higher qualifications are desirable)
  • A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Registered Manager is required
  • Strong time management and organisational skills are required
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience working with local authorities, families, conducting supervisions, inductions of new staff and training would all be beneficial for this role
