Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join a well-established business based in Gloucester on a permanent basis. The company can offer hybrid working and support towards further studies. The role would be responsible for producing management accounts and identifying improvements that can be made to drive improved financial results.
The Role:
- Producing monthly management accounts and forecasts, reconciling balance sheet and budget analysis and preparation
- Reviewing financial systems and procedures and maintaining the day-to-day accounting duties
- Producing monthly reports and financial statements
- Identify and drive improvements in revenue and cost savings
- Support with integration of acquisitions into the Group
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have previous experience within a similar position
- Studying or qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA (essential)
- Strong Excel skills and able to work on multiple systems
- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
