Meraki are delighted to be partnered with a High Growth Independent company specialised in Fund and Corporate administrative services. Our client has rapidly expanded over the last few years and are looking to bring on a Fund Accounting Manager to join their team based in Jersey.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping for all fund and corporate structures.
- Deliver financial statements, investor reports, and other documents within client or regulatory deadlines.
- Manage and resolve queries from colleagues, clients, and auditors.
- Provide exceptional client service throughout the entire life cycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and advisors, showing responsiveness and market awareness.
- Mentor junior staff under senior supervision.
- Oversee all accounting matters for clients, including reporting and participation in board/shareholder meetings.
- Coordinate fund accounting operations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong understanding of quality client service.
- Several years of experience working in the Funds space
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Must be a Qualified Accountant or Equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of financial services regulations and legal requirements.
