The Opportunity

Salary: £24,294 to £24,702 per annum
Contract type: Fixed term or secondment until February 2025

Working pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week

Location: Contractual base is Chichester, with hybrid working options.

Want to kick-start your career? We have an exciting fixed term opportunity looking for a Payroll, Pensions and HR Administrator to join our dynamic Payroll Team to make a difference.

You will provide reliable, efficient and effective flexible specialist payroll support across our services. Having an eye for detail with be invaluable in this role.

Key duties for this role include:

  • You will be responsible for following specific processes within a defined timescales to ensure the accuracy of the tasks set in relation to the project.
  • You will possess the ability to calculate and assess information using our SAP system
  • You will be assigned cases for processing or investigating to decide who may be in scope to the aims of the project
  • You will be required to enact the individuals decisions under the guidance of the guidance of the project leads

What are we looking for?

  • You will have sound experience in either pensions or payroll processing, and a strong awareness of the technical considerations and issues relevant to the service.
  • You will be customer centred, and therefore able to articulate complex matters in ways that customers will understand and be able to act on.
  • You will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to concentrate on important tasks in a busy environment
