This opportunity is for a Data Analyst in the Analytics department of a prominent business services provider. The role calls for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, ideally with a background in business services.

Client Details

Our client is an ISO-accredited Training and Development Consultancy, providing high-quality, unique, and distinctive products and services to the automotive industry. The consultancy operates a Training Academy responsible for the learning and development strategy for a prominent automotive brand and its network.

Description

    • Ensure all existing sources of data are up to date, robust, and relevant, including various internal dashboards.
  • Undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis using a variety of data sources to identify root causes, trends, customer behavior, competitor analysis, and common themes.

  • Analyze Academy revenue and cost lines to ensure optimal budgeting and diligent expenditure forecasting.

  • Share insights and learnings in a timely, professional manner with key stakeholders to identify priorities and targeted countermeasures.

  • Act as the voice of the Academy for all KPI data, regularly reviewing and updating internal and external communications.

  • Work closely with the Data and Insight teams to optimize data usage, measure the impact of Academy initiatives, and validate the commercial impact of Academy programs.

  • Provide data reporting to Academy management to support project work and meetings.

Profile

A successful Data Analyst should have

  • Strong numerical skills with experience in formal project management.
  • Experience in data analysis, business insight, and making recommendations based on trends.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI or equivalent business insight tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.#

  • Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills.
  • Commercial acumen with proven analytical and dashboarding experience.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex environments to support faster decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Flexibility to visit locations away from head office as required.
