The consultancy operates a Training Academy responsible for the learning and development strategy for a prominent automotive brand and its network.
Description

- Ensure all existing sources of data are up to date, robust, and relevant, including various internal dashboards.

Undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis using a variety of data sources to identify root causes, trends, customer behavior, competitor analysis, and common themes.

Analyze Academy revenue and cost lines to ensure optimal budgeting and diligent expenditure forecasting.

Share insights and learnings in a timely, professional manner with key stakeholders to identify priorities and targeted countermeasures.

Act as the voice of the Academy for all KPI data, regularly reviewing and updating internal and external communications.

Work closely with the Data and Insight teams to optimize data usage, measure the impact of Academy initiatives, and validate the commercial impact of Academy programs.

Provide data reporting to Academy management to support project work and meetings.
Profile
A successful Data Analyst should have
- Strong numerical skills with experience in formal project management.
- Experience in data analysis, business insight, and making recommendations based on trends.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI or equivalent business insight tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.#
