Management Accountant
Location: Alfreton, Derbyshire
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 plus a strong benefits package
Working Arrangement: Hybrid working – 2 days from home.
Mondays and Wednesdays (if working those days) must be in the office.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a dynamic and rapidly growing PE-backed business in South Normanton. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this newly created role offers a chance to shape and improve the financial processes within the company, working closely with a newly established finance team.
In this role, you will lead the month-end processes managing 1 member of staff.
Requirements:
- CIMA/ACCA qualified or a finalist with a few papers left; QBE candidates will also be considered.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly Netsuite, is highly desirable.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
