Tradewind is currently recruiting for a Primary Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and diverse Year 4 class in the Hyde area. This is an exciting opportunity to support the class teacher in creating an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.
Role Details:
- Position: Primary Teaching Assistant
- Location: Year 4 class in Hyde
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Contract: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to the class teacher
- Assist in creating a positive and engaging learning atmosphere
- Support individual students and small groups as needed
- Work with children with SEND requirements (if applicable)
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience: Prior experience working with children is essential. Experience with SEND children is highly beneficial.
- Skills: Proactive, resilient, and able to engage effectively with young learners.
- Attitude: A positive, flexible, and can-do approach to supporting classroom activities.
