Part-time Administrator Doncaster, DN5 0SJ

  • Part time, Monday – Friday (24 hours per week)

The Role

They are seeking a detail-orientated and organised Part-Time Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of their Doncaster office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Health & Safety records and ensure signage, training, and equipment testing are up to date
  • Perform general typing, document prep, and manage compliance with company standards
  • Assist with social event and training organisation, team diaries, and travel coordination
  • Handle phone calls, meetings, minutes, and production planning support
  • Manage office supplies, visitors, daily post, and assist with stock takes and other admin tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

They are looking for a team player who can also work independently, effectively managing their time and priorities. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are key. You should be comfortable with basic keyboard skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
