Hoop PS & HR are thrilled to be working on behalf of a dynamic and progressive organisation based in South Wales. Our client is seeking an experienced, driven, and enthusiastic Learning and Development Manager to join the team during this exciting time of growth and development.

This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of up to £55,000 per annum, as well as an exceptional benefits package including, 36 days holiday entitlement (inclusive of Bank Holidays), car allowance, hybrid working arrangements, private healthcare, employee assistance programme, life assurance, and a brilliant pension scheme.

As the L&D Manager, you will be managing a creative team of 5 L&D professionals. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Leading and inspiring the L&D team to achieve excellence.
  • Crafting and implementing effective learning and development strategies across the organisation.
  • Assessing and addressing the training needs of employees at all levels.
  • Overseeing the L&D budget to ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs.
  • Designing and facilitating training initiatives for senior management.

Key Qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant qualification or proven experience within L&D.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Creativity and passion for all aspects of learning and development.
  • Ability to align L&D practices with the company's values and ethos.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
