As the L&D Manager, you will be managing a creative team of 5 L&D professionals. Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Leading and inspiring the L&D team to achieve excellence.
- Crafting and implementing effective learning and development strategies across the organisation.
- Assessing and addressing the training needs of employees at all levels.
- Overseeing the L&D budget to ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs.
- Designing and facilitating training initiatives for senior management.
Key Qualifications and experience:
- Relevant qualification or proven experience within L&D.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creativity and passion for all aspects of learning and development.
- Ability to align L&D practices with the company's values and ethos.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
