Trident Healthcare are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Locum Clinical Pharmacist for ward based role in the Liverpool area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Covering clinical ward rounds
- Conduct medication reviews and manage patient medication therapy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication use and safety.
Requirements:
- Registered Pharmacist with GPHC
- Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
Benefits:
- £30-£35 per hour
- Full time monday- Friday 9am-5pm
