Estates Surveyor

Daily Rate: £300.00 per day

Panoramic Associates is currently seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to join a Local Authority team for an initial 6-month contract based in Hertfordshire. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to property management and development initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with internal and external clients, members of the public, and officers.
- Measuring property in accordance with the RICS Code of Measuring Practice.
- Preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules of works for tendering/quotations.
- Contract administration of projects, including issuing certificates, variation orders, and certifying payments.
- Identifying building defects and providing recommendations for repair, including preparing estimates.
- Preparing budget estimates, costs, and outline specifications during the design process.
