We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Total Reward Consultant / Partner to join a great team during an exciting period of growth and change. You will be responsible for shaping and leading total reward priorities and delivering innovative total reward solutions that support colleagues and strategic business aspirations. Your expertise in total reward practices will be crucial in driving outstanding business performance and differentiating the total reward offering.

Key Duties:

1. Develop and implement customer-centric total reward solutions that underpin outstanding business performance and differentiate total reward offerings.
2. Play a pivotal role in shaping and leading total reward priorities, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
3. Provide expert guidance and support to the business in change and risk management, ensuring that total reward practices are future-proofed and customer-centric.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver total reward solutions that meet the needs of colleagues and support our strategic business aspirations.
5. Utilize advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in total reward practices.
6. Lead and manage change management initiatives related to total reward, ensuring effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.
7. Drive project delivery, ensuring timely and successful implementation of total reward initiatives.
8. Utilize data and business insights to tell compelling stories that influence decision-making and drive positive change in total reward practices.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in total reward, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
10. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure the effective integration of total reward practices with other HR and business processes.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Total Reward Consultant / Partner.
2. Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
4. Experience in change management and project delivery, with a track record of successfully implementing total reward initiatives.
5. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
6. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to tell compelling stories through data.
7. In-depth knowledge of total reward practices, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and performance management.
8. Ability to think strategically and conceptually, and to translate ideas into practical solutions.
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
