CMC Consulting have partnered with a one of a kind business for the recruitment of an Accounts Payable Assistant. Working within a boutique finance team you will play a critical role in the team to keep the efficient running of the Accounts Payable function.
Duties include:
- Be the main point of contact for any accounts payable queries, with ownership of the accounts payable inbox
- Responsible for setting up new suppliers and maintaining existing and new suppliers
- Processing invoices and payments in a timely manner
- Account reconciliation
- Providing the hiring manager with on-going updates and challenging ideas
- Assisting the hiring manager with ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate will have experience working with multi-currency and varying invoice fees. You will be a confident communicator with strong Excel skills. Experience using Sage is a plus.
