- Capture and map as-is processes and to-be requirements, customer user journeys and user stories
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define change scope, goals, benefits, and deliverables
- Undertake business analysis to understand the current business model and propose new ways of working to optimise business and digital processes
- Ensure stakeholder need is satisfied through the solutions built
The Skills You Will Need
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and translate technical concepts clearly to all stakeholders
- Good collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Be able to work flexibly and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
We operate a hybrid working policy as there will be a requirement to have an onsite presence for collaboration and team working, we currently work remotely 3 days and 2 days in the office based in the Dudley Campus.
