Description
- Prepare, analyse and present financial reports and budgets.
- Monitor and report on variances from the budget.
- Assist in the development of financial forecasts and projections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve financial objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Participate in financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Profile
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) is desirable.
- Experience in management accounting within the non-profit sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
