This is a really exciting role that will support the success of the overall HR function whilst supporting employees and managers on a wide variety of HR matters as well as working on key HR projects.
Other key responsibilities as a HR Advisor are:
- Providing effective support, guidance and advice to managers and staff on a wide variety of HR matters
- Contributing to the review and development of HR policies and procedures in accordance with the Policy Development Framework
- Advise and coach managers on the application and interpretation of HR policies and procedures
- Support the management of complex employee cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance management and attendance management
We would be keen to speak to candidates with the following:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent in experience
- HR experience at an Advisory level, with experience of employee relations and up to date knowledge of Employment Law
- Experienced at using HR databases
