The Junior IT Service Desk Analyst will be providing technical support to end-users, ensuring the straightforward operation of IT systems and maintaining high levels of user contentment.
Below are the essentials for this Junior IT Service Desk Analyst:
- A minimum of 6 months in a similar Service Desk role
- Basic IT skills
- Experienced working in an office environment
- Customer service experience
- Driving licence
- Excellent communication skills
The role is based in their Northampton office and their hours are below which are rotated:
- 7.30am until 4.00pm
- 8.30am until 5.00pm
- 9.00am until 5.30pm
