The Manufacturing Systems Team is accountable for developing the manufacturing business processes for deployment across the company's global manufacturing footprint.
In your first week in this Business Process Analyst role, you can expect to:
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements
- Support business initiatives utilising Project Management expertise
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
- Serve as the conduit between the business units/departments and IT teams through which requirements flow
- Liaise between the business, technology teams and support teams
