Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for assembling final products specific to each customer, ensuring that all components stringent quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Precisely assemble final products according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Meticulously inspect all components and assembled products to meet stringent quality standards before and after assembly.
- Report any faults or quality concerns promptly to the appropriate authorities.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks, including testing assembled products for defects, errors, and quality issues to verify functionality, durability, and cosmetic perfection.
- Utilise basic mechanical tools such as screwdrivers with precision and care.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and quality control checks using computer systems.
- Efficiently manage time to ensure timely completion of assembly tasks without compromising quality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during assembly operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical device or precision manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong manual dexterity and proficiency in using mechanical tools and equipment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills, with the ability to use and navigate software applications.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Zoho CRM, and Google Forms is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies (training provided).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, time keeping and working with minimal supervision is critical.
- Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude.
