Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and quality are paramount? We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Precision Assembly Technician to join our dynamic production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling final products specific to each customer, ensuring that all components stringent quality standards. Your keen eye for detail and ability to identify and report any faults or quality issues will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and performance of our products. Responsibilities:

  • Precisely assemble final products according to customer specifications and company standards.
  • Meticulously inspect all components and assembled products to meet stringent quality standards before and after assembly.
  • Report any faults or quality concerns promptly to the appropriate authorities.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks, including testing assembled products for defects, errors, and quality issues to verify functionality, durability, and cosmetic perfection.
  • Utilise basic mechanical tools such as screwdrivers with precision and care.
  • Maintain accurate records of assembly processes and quality control checks using computer systems.
  • Efficiently manage time to ensure timely completion of assembly tasks without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during assembly operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical device or precision manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Strong manual dexterity and proficiency in using mechanical tools and equipment.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to use and navigate software applications.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Zoho CRM, and Google Forms is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies (training provided).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, time keeping and working with minimal supervision is critical.
  • Strong team player with a positive and professional attitude.
