Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Participate in school events and contribute to the extracurricular life of the school.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching within a lower KS2 class.
- Strong understanding of the lower KS2 curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
- Suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with comprehensive support provided.
