A skilled Customer Service Manager is needed to join our team at LB Waste Management, a leading waste management company based in Kings Lynn, on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Manager within LB Waste, you will be the primary point of call for all customer relations, service issues, and tasks. This is to ensure that our customers receive 5* service and that any problems are resolved to the best of your ability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with all customer service-related issues within the business
  • Obtaining additional payments for excess charges
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Being proactive with potential issues to ensure problems do not occur
