About the Role
As a Customer Service Manager within LB Waste, you will be the primary point of call for all customer relations, service issues, and tasks. This is to ensure that our customers receive 5* service and that any problems are resolved to the best of your ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with all customer service-related issues within the business
- Obtaining additional payments for excess charges
- Handling customer complaints
- Being proactive with potential issues to ensure problems do not occur
