Reed Business Support is delighted to be working in conjunction with a Bath based business in their search for a Lettings Maintenance Manager for their busy office**.**
This is a permanent role
100% office based
£21,000 - £24,000
The successful Lettings Maintenance Manager will ideally have 6 months + lettings/property administration and customer service experience in a busy and fast paced office.
Typical duties include:
- Being the first point of contact for all customer enquiries, queries and complaints
- Liaising with third parties in relation to requests, answering calls and other administration work
- Arranging viewings with prospective & existing tenants, landlords and conduct viewings
- Greeting customers to the office, registering prospective customers, arranging appointments
- Issuing work orders, entering invoices onto the system
- Carrying out quarterly inspections on managed properties
Ideally you will have:
- Strong IT skills (MS Office, Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Good administration skills
- First class interpersonal /communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- A warm and friendly demeanour
- The ability to multitask
