This is a fantastic opportunity for you, a 2nd Line IT Support Technician with around 3 years experience, to join a leading organisation's IT Support function, based just outside of Huddersfield.
You will be working across all areas of IT and providing hands on support including:

Network Installation: including cabling, firewalls, switches and routers

Technical Support for allICT equipment

Desktops and all hardware
-
Application software
-
Day to day maintenance
-
Software Installation and configuring for users needs

Server maintenance - access rights, password resets, backups etc

Admin - ensuring all documentation is accurately kept

Assisting end users with all other enquiries - user training where required
There maybe a requirement for travel between sites, so a full driving licence is required for this position ideally.
