As a Regional Talent Consultant at Lidl, you will play a crucial role in the training journey of all the new people who join our ever-growing business. From making sure they receive high-quality training and development to helping line managers achieve great compliance with their team. Working closely with for Regional Talent Manager, Officer and Administrator, this is a dynamic, hard-working role, for someone to improve all aspects of talent management across the region.

What you'll do
- Ensure high-quality training and development is available to all colleagues
- Be flexible with your communication skills with the ability to influence a range of regional colleagues
- Plan like a superstar with matching organisation skills with an eagle-eye for detail
- Confidently present pre-defined material to a group of colleagues
- Juggle different tasks whilst maintaining a high quality of work
What you'll need
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a range of regional and Head Office stakeholders
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- The ability to build strong and successful stakeholder relationships
- Motivation, powered on by making a difference
- Experience of working within a training/ development/ talent environment is desirable
- A full UK Driving License is required
