Transport Support Admin

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Transport Support Administrator to join a world leading logistics company in Basingstoke.

Key responsibilities for this Transport Administrator position:

  • Liaising with drivers to ensure on time delivery
  • Working closely with the Transport Team
  • Manage all transport shift activities
  • Ensuring all data is kept up to date
  • Being able to support drivers with any queries or questions they may have
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Great Customer Service
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Work well under pressure
  • Communicating with Drivers and working closely with your transport team
  • Administration duties as well as using the telephone
  • Must be able to work under pressure

Requirements:

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proven customer service and administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self sufficient and able to prioritise work load
  • Able to work as part of a collaborative team
  • Available immediately

The Role:

  • Night Shift
  • Working 7pm - 7am on a varied shift pattern
  • Weekend work is required (every other weekend off)
  • £14.30 per hour
  • Paid weekly
