Role: 1st / 2nd Line IT Engineer
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 DOE
Our client, a successful family run business (since the 1980's!) are growing their team and looking for an enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer to help support their internal user base and assist with current and future IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to an internal user base of 200+
- Log, triage and resolve incoming tickets
- Build, maintain and install hardware across the office
- Software support including installation
- Manage user accounts, giving access and permissions where necessary
- Ensuring efficient running's of all IT equipment
- Asset management, ensuring it is kept up-to-date
Technical Skillset:
- Active Directory / Group Policies
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Cloud platforms (Azure Entra ID)
- Office applications including SharePoint, PowerShell, Intune
- Exchange
- Knowledge with virtual servers is desired but not essential
