Service Scheduling Planner
Location: Alloa
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000
Reed Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Scheduling Planner to join our client's team on an initial temporary basis, with potential for permanent employment. This role is pivotal in supporting the management and execution of service contracts, ensuring superior service delivery across a diverse customer base.
Day-to-day of the role:
Manage regional service delivery targets, focusing on optimising the deployment of field engineers and essential materials.
Coordinate with office personnel and other service planners to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Liaise with regional technical management to address performance issues among engineers.
Utilise planning software to schedule engineer visits with customers via phone or email.
Prepare service engineer job packages, including required site materials, and oversee the completion of engineers' service reports.
Compile and present weekly and monthly service reports.
Handle general office duties, including answering phone enquiries and redirecting calls as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of planning experience, preferably with field engineers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and resource planning software.
Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively under operational pressures.
Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Valid, clean UK driving licence.
