Job Title: Property Sales Manager
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000+ commission (around £60,000 OTE)

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and mentor a team of dedicated sales agents to achieve and exceed targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to optimise sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
Requirements

Experience:

Proven property management experience with a strong track record.

Minimum 2 years of estate sales experience.

Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency valuations and listings.

Comprehensive understanding of the London property market.
