Job Title: Property Sales Manager

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000+ commission (around £60,000 OTE)

Location: Central London

Contract Type: Permanent (full time)

Start Date: August 2024

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and mentor a team of dedicated sales agents to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to optimise sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Experience:

  • Proven property management experience with a strong track record.

  • Minimum 2 years of estate sales experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency valuations and listings.

  • Skills and Knowledge:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the London property market.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in negotiation with a customer-focused approach.

  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic plans.

  • Proficiency in using Rightmove Plus and Zoopla Pro.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client relationships.
