HR Business Partner
- Salary (Pro Rata): London £59,624 / Norwich £54,976

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join a national housing association on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders, and HR colleagues to deliver a proactive and customer-focused HR service that aligns with the needs, priorities, and values of the organisation.
Day to Day of the Role:
- Collaborate with leadership to shape and develop HR strategies and services.
- Provide effective support, guidance, and advice to managers and employees.
- Support the delivery of strategic and operational HR projects and initiatives.
- Drive performance and engagement, enabling employees to contribute to the organisation's development.
- Manage large-scale change projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, influencing and steering HR best practices within the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale change projects.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-focused approach to HR service delivery.
