Position: Part-Time Merchandise Administrator
Location: Stevenage
Workdays: Tuesdays and Fridays
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour

Our client, a dynamic and growing organisation, is seeking a Part-Time Merchandise Administrator to join their team in Stevenage. As a Merchandise Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data entry and setup of product SKUs
- Stock control and management of stock issues
- Addressing client service inquiries
- Liaising with the warehouse on customer deliveries
- Organising shipments for customers
- Data reporting and analysis
- Order processing
- Handling and processing customer returns
- Assisting with client integration and setup
- Willingness to assist with picking and packing during busy periods
To excel in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong data entry and organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for effectively liaising with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, is necessary for data reporting and analysis. Additionally, a willingness to work independently and collaborate as part of a team is essential.
