Are you a skilled Maintenance Operative looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading client located in Gloucester, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Maintenance team!
Responsibilities:
Perform routine weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance on company assets.
Accurately record all completed maintenance on our client's database.
Understand and follow appropriate risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Take charge of stock checking and maintaining consumables/stock parts.
Attend training courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
Ensure contractors adhere to local health and safety requirements.
Work in line with our client's standards and policies, including environmental and health and safety policies.
Take on additional tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance work within an industry/ factory / technical environment Experience working in a changing operational environment
Experience working with tools, equipment and materials in a factory environment
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
Excellent technical and practical knowledge of maintenance processes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
