Finance Manager
£250 per day (outside IR35)

6-month contract - 4 or 5 days per week
I am working exclusively with a brilliant organisation to appoint an interim Finance Manager, paying £250 per day outside of IR35. The purpose of this role is to lead the day to day finance operations to enable the delivery of their financial growth plans and plans for development. £15m t/o business.
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day finance operations, overseeing a small team of 3 staff
- Payroll for 100 staff, working on SAGE50
- Production of budgets and financial reports
- Overseeing the month and year end reporting
- Cash flow management
- Undertaking finance projects
- Identifying areas of improvement within the finance function and implementing changes
- Overseeing completion of balance sheet reconciliations
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- Previous experience working within a Finance Manager position
- Well-rounded finance experience
- A "hands-on" approach
- Excellent motivator and team manager
- Qualified or qualified by experience
- Excellent IT literacy and well-experienced in using finance systems
- Payroll experience
In return you will receive a competitive rate of £250 per day, outside of IR35. This role can be either 4 or 5 days per week. This contract is expected to last for around 6 months.
