HR Advisor
to join an innovative business based in Stokesley. This in an excellent prospect to become part of a very reputable business and join the international HR Group providing key support to the UK offices. This role would suit a strong HR individual who can deliver on key HR projects with knowledge on processing Visa's and immigration. Duties as a HR Advisor:
- Managing the full employment lifecycle
- Carrying out a successful onboarding process
- Providing vital support to the overall HR function
- Processing immigration and work permit requirements
- Being involved in HR projects nationally and internationally
- Assisting in delivering HR strategies
- Supporting in initiatives such as Health and Wellbeing and Branding
- Addressing issues, dealing with disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies
- Providing leadership and guidance
- Devising relevant HR reports
- Handling queries and being involved in training and development
Skills:
- Level 3 CIPD qualified or above, or qualified by experience (essential)
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law
- A good knowledge of visa and immigration requirements
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Experience delivering key HR activities
- Reliable, confident and possess the ability to meet deadlines
- The ability to challenge where required
To be successful as a HR Advisor, you will be an organised individual with the ability to prioritise workload, with a proactive and hands on approach. In return you will receive a salary between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus an amazing company benefit package, and the ability for some hybrid working, working Monday-Friday.
