Job Title: Concierge/Building Manager
Location: Dartford
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am to 19:00pm and Friday 07:00am to 4:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a Concierge / Building Manager to work at a high-end residential development based in Dartford. This is a great opportunity to deliver the highest levels of customer experience and service to all residents, guests, contractors and staff.
We are looking for a real people person to go that little bit further and get to know the residents and build strong relationships with them on an individual level, whilst always being completely professional, courteous and respectful at all times.
You'll be the first and primary point of contact for staff, contractors and residents when it comes to any support they need at the place they call home.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of a the residential site
- Day-to-day contractor management and training
- Overall responsibility for all fire and emergency procedures policy and ensure relevant preventative measures are undertaken
- To maintain a safe environment for building occupants and visitors
- To ensure that all site specific Health and Safety requirements are adhered to
- To coordinate and oversee regular building inspection, maintenance and repairs, and ensure all facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes. -
- To ensure all maintenance contracts including all Health & Safety requirements are carried out according to the planned schedule.
- To respond to all inquiries/complaints by leaseholders and building residents, and resolve any problems or issues prior to escalation
- Responding to any breaches of house rules by the residents, leases or other agreements in force at the time
- To support and maintain regular communication with Property Manager and advise them of all relevant issues and emergencies
- Being able to contribute towards plans and budgets
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 4 years experience within a residential Concierge position
